Automatic Weighing and Distribution System for Liquid Chemicals

Automatic Weighing and Distribution System for Liquid Chemicals

SLD Automatic Weighing and Distribution System for Liquid Chemicals

The right solution for all liquid chemicals

Weighing and dispensing liquid chemicals is one of the most important steps in dyeing. SLD handles all liquid chemical weighing and dispensing tasks, and its modular single-line design makes it easy to expand with additional pipes and valves.

  • 48liquid chemicals
  • 50transfer points
  • 40 lt/mindispensing speed
  • 1,800transfers a day
  • Sensitivity
  • Speed
  • Repair quality
  • Economic solutions

Only one system can cover all the chemical requirements of your dyehouse

SLD suits every dyeing process and dyehouse condition. It dispenses up to 48 liquid chemicals to up to 50 transfer points at 40 liters a minute.

A special double pump and flowmeter design lets one unit make 1,800 transfers a day without delay or misrouting.

SLD is Eliar’s most advanced and reliable single-line liquid chemical dispensing system, drawing on 35 years of experience.

Key features

  1. Special chemicals collector

The number of chemicals on SLD can easily be increased from 4 up to 48 with the combination of its “special chemicals collectors”, which also simplifies the task of cleaning.

    • Variable chemicals quantity
    • Reliable cleaning
  2. Two simultaneous operations

SLD can weigh a chemical while a second one is being transferred to the dispensing point. In other words, two operations can be executed simultaneously, so operation time is reduced dramatically.

    • Zero delay
    • Two outlets
  3. Stock control and silo filling system

SLD’s silo filling system is covered with Poka-Yoke mistake proofing disciplines. With its special software and camlock integrated pumps, Eliar ensures 100% zero fault when filling a chemical into the right silo at high speed. With the help of level sensors, the system avoids chemical overload or fully discharging the chemical silos.

    • Stock control and silo filling software
    • Poka-Yoke (mistake proofing)
  4. Single line distributor

The technological concept of the single line distribution system relies on the usage of 2 or 3 way valves. When the number of machines increases, it is easy to adapt the system simply by adding valves. Eliar provides optional special hardware for testing line leakage or valve defects on distribution lines.

    • Easy to expand
    • Line leakage control
  5. Ready for future

SLD is an Industry 4.0 ready, full-automatic chemical weighing and dispensing system. It is also integrated into your dyehouse systems through Teleskop software by ELİAR, which lets you work in touch with other machines and collect data throughout the dyeing process.

    • Industry 4.0 ready
    • Compatible with all powder chemicals
    • Eliar software
  6. Robotic dispensing option

SLD has an optional feature for multiline dispensing with the Eliar Robotic Distribution Unit. With the help of Eliar DU, dispensing processes become multiline. With the advantages of its valve free system, there are no huge maintenance and repair costs. Eliar warrants the dispensing in the right time with the right dyestuff to the right machine with its Just in Time discipline.

    • Optional robotic distribution
    • Low maintenance costs
    • Just in time
