Weighing, dissolving and distributing dyestuff in large quantities is essential for dyehouses, especially for main colors.
RDD uses a continuous dosing, dissolving and distribution system. Because it does not wait between batches, it is faster than conventional batch-type systems. It can send up to 430 kg of dyestuff at once with 0.1% accuracy.

Fast, accurate and continuous distribution
RDD distributes dyestuff while it is being weighed and dissolved, so the process does not run as separate batches of dosing, dissolving and distributing.
Output is not limited by the dosing unit’s capacity: all the dyestuff ready in the hopper can be sent continuously.

Modular and flexible design
RDD is produced to your demand. Hoppers are made from high-quality certified materials in two optional volumes, 330 or 430 lt. An RDD system starts with an Automation Cabin and continues with Hopper Cabins. You can choose serial modules to combine one after another to build your own RDD system out of 1 or 2 Hopper Cabins, with no limit on adding Hopper Cabins in series.

Fast and accurate process
RDD doesn’t stop your dyeing machines but feeds them continuously. The transfer pump has a 10 kg/min flow rate and can send the whole capacity of the hopper at once. Accuracy is high precision, with 0.1% accuracy and a maximum 2 gr tolerance.

The new “Simultaneous Processing System” (SPS)
RDD speeds up the process thanks to the new simultaneous weighing and dissolving system. Each dye has its own dissolving station and doesn’t require any cleaning process like conventional systems.
