Established in 1984, Eliar manufactures automatic chemical and dyestuff dispensing systems, fully automatic machine controllers and production monitoring software for garment washing and dyeing units, fabric and yarn dyeing mills, rope dyeing (denim) mills and every textile process that uses chemicals and dyestuffs.

Which Eliar system do you need?
To weigh and dissolve powder dyestuff automatically, look at the Mechatronic range: ADW, RDD, CDD and the TBT dyestuff box. They weigh each dyestuff to a tight tolerance, dissolve it and send it to the right machine.
To dose liquid chemicals, the RD96 and SLD systems weigh and distribute them automatically. Laboratory pipetting, dyestuff dissolving and chemical distribution are covered by the LAB 120, CDD and PATERNOSTER systems.
To control a dyeing machine, choose one of the Eliar machine controllers, from the T 200 series to the T7700, for fabric, yarn, garment washing and laboratory machines. Older machines can be revamped with a modern controller.
To measure and detect, Eliar hydrostatic level sensors and seam detectors keep machine levels and fabric seams under control. To see the whole dyehouse in one place, Teleskop monitoring and management software connects the machines and gives managers live data.
