ADW is Eliar’s innovative Just in Time (JIT) dyestuff distributing system, built for dyehouses that want faster dyeing, repeatable quality and higher efficiency. It draws on 35 years of Eliar engineering experience.
Thanks to its double axis process system, ADW weighs and dissolves up to 10 kg of dyestuff in only 7.5 minutes, with just 20 mg tolerance.

ADW is built in modules of 16 hoppers with no extra floor space, and grows to 32, 48, 64 or even 80 hoppers as your demand grows. Each hopper holds 90 lt.

Distribution options
ADW comes with special multiline distributors in two options, 16 outlets or 23 outlets. With the additional dispensing unit it covers the liquid chemical needs of 46 dyeing machines, delivering the right dyestuff to the right machine at the right time.

Can the ADW be added to machines we already run?
Yes. Eliar mechatronic are fitted to existing dyehouse equipment as well as to new lines. Our engineers check your machines first, then agree the scope of the installation with you.
