Smart scenarios for dye dissolving
CDD is a unique solution for powder dyestuff dissolving. Dissolving scenario data for each dyestuff is entered into the system to instruct it for different dyes. The system automatically carries out the dissolving processes for the weighed dyestuff. There is no chance of fault with its smart learning system.

Always ubiquitous
CDD does not delay the process because of heating water. With its special hot water preparation tanks, it always keeps the hot water at the required temperature. Thanks to the internal exchanger inside the dissolving tanks, water can be kept at the same temperature during the dissolving process.

Distribution options
CDD is integrated with its special multiline distributors. There are two distribution unit options with 16 outlets and 23 outlets. With the additional dispensing unit, CDD can cover the requirements of 46 dyeing machines for dyestuff. Eliar warrants the dispensing in the right time with the right dyestuff to the right machine with its Just in Time discipline.
