Stock control and silo filling system
RD96’s silo filling system is covered with Poka-Yoke mistake proofing disciplines. With its special software and camlock integrated pumps, Eliar ensures 100% zero fault when filling a chemical into the right silo at high speed. With the help of level sensors, the system avoids overload or fully discharging the chemical silos.

Robotic chemical selection and dispensing units

Distribution options
RD96 is integrated with its special multiline distributors. There are two distribution unit options with 16 outlets and 23 outlets. With the additional dispensing unit, RD96 can cover the requirements of 46 dyeing machines for liquid chemicals. Eliar warrants the dispensing in the right time with the right dyestuff to the right machine with its Just in Time discipline.
